About the Club
If your looking for a bit of fun with a competitive edge then you have come to the right place.
2023 will be our 3rd year and we hope it is as successful as our first 2 where great friends were made and many laugh’s had. So here is our basic set up for what we try to achieve……
- 20 Members
- Membership of £152 which includes all peg fee’s for 16 matches can be paid in 4 instalments
- £6 per match -£5 prize money and £1 bonus peg (optional)
- We do have 20 members for our 2023 season but will consider further applications – Contact details below for more info.
- 2023 has some of the best venues in the country on offer(please check our fixtures page).
We have 20 members and fish fortnightly matches between March and October.
We also run a 3 day festival in October and a winter league.
Based in the heart of the Black Country we will be looking to book matches within a 15 – 20 mile radius from the centre of Dudley and predominantly commercial pools .
The club is 100% non profit with membership fees paying for all 16 matches many of which are whole pool bookings We also have an end of season presentation night
All matches will be standard 5 hours and the aim will always try to be a Sunday match although some match’s may be booked on a Saturday depending on venue availability.
We will have Side pools on each match paying 1st place and 2 section winners and a bonus peg that rolls over until the match is won by the bonus peg picked before each match.
Points for the league table will be as follows………
Match winner = 10 points – 2nd place = 9 points etc down to 10th place who will get 1 point and everyone who fishes the match will get 1 point.
You will be able to book into the next match after 8pm on Sunday evening the week before.
Your yearly membership is to be paid via PayPal or bank transfer (contact us if that’s a problem) but matchday pool fees are to be paid on the day.
Regarding the end of season presentation night, various awards will be presented along with some decent grub and a disco where all the family are welcome.
Most of all we want everyone to have a good time and the enjoyment of a good match to look forward to at the weekend.
